Award Ceremony over the Roofs of Hamburg
The view that was enjoyed by the winners of the “Sailing Team Germany Award” 2012 and the around 300 guests invited to the “Nord Event Panoramadeck” by the STG supporter Nord Event was absolutely breathtaking:
From the 23rd floor of the former Unilever House in the city centre of Hamburg, the attendees of the ceremony had a unique 360° view over the roofs of the Hanseatic City. Among the premiere guests were Germany´s most successful sailor Jochen Schümann, SPIEGEL editor-in chief Matthias Müller von Blumencron as well as the patron of the “Sailing Team Germany Award” and president of the German Sailing Association Rolf Bähr. TV sports reporter Nils Kaben did the presentation of the prize awarding ceremony.
