STG Partners donate Prizes for the Award
The winners of the “Sailing Team Germany Award” happily accepted the prizes that had been generously donated by the partners of the Sailing Team Germany (STG).
AUDI AG donated four VIP tickets for the German Touring-Car Masters for the “Sailor of the Year” and for the “Trainer of the Year” and, together with the STG, donated an Audi A6 for one year to the “Yacht Club of the Year”. The technological partner SAP AG donated an annual grant for the “Sailors of the Year” as well as four iPads for the “Fairness Prize”. The Heinz Nixdorf Association handed over a new set of sails to the “Newcomers” and Peter Frisch GmbH presented the prize winners with sailing bags.
“In the name of Audi, I would like to cordially congratulate the prize winners of this evening“, said Clemens Lee, the manager for Trade Fairs, Events and Sports Marketing at AUDI AG. “Audi has been standing side by side with the sailors as a partner since the founding of the STG, which has celebrated numerous successes in the recent years – for example during the Kiel Week, which will be accompanied by Audi in 2012 as a premium partner for the third time. We are looking forward to many exiting and sporting highlights in the coming sailing season.”
